Swahili

Swahili (called Kiswahili in the language itself) is the mother tongue of the Swahili people (Waswahili), who inhabit the region from southern Somalia to northern Mozambique. The language is also spoken by small numbers of people in Burundi, Rwanda, Somalia, Zambia and Mozambique.
