Georgian

Georgia belongs to the South Caucasian group of languages. It is the official language of Georgia. Furthermore, it has a rich literary tradition, and the oldest surviving literary text in Georgian, the "Martyrdom of the Holy Queen Shushanik" by Iakob Tsurtaveli, was written in the 5th century AD.
